The official song of the 2026 FIFA World Cup has reached the top of the world.
“Dai Dai,” performed by Burna Boy and Shakira, has climbed to No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts, giving Burna Boy another landmark achievement in his career.
With the accomplishment, Burna Boy becomes the first African lead artist to top the Billboard Global 200.
The World Cup anthem also made gains on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States, rising 12 places to a new peak of No. 55.
Elsewhere on the charts, Nigerian singer Tems continued her impressive run as “What You Need” climbed to No. 39 on the Billboard Hot 100 after 15 weeks.
The song has also topped both the Billboard Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart and the Mediabase Urban radio airplay chart, extending Tems’ growing list of international achievements.
