Vinka has admitted that she is no longer interested in managing artists, describing the role as demanding, frustrating, and often disappointing.
Speaking in a recent interview, the Swangz Avenue star reflected on her time as Irene Ntale’s manager before launching her own music career. Vinka revealed that the experience gave her firsthand insight into the pressures that come with handling another person’s career.
According to the singer, artist management can become emotionally draining because the effort put in is not always appreciated.
“The other person might think they are just helping you,” she said, explaining that the relationship between an artist and manager can easily become complicated despite the sacrifices involved.
Asked whether she would be happy to see Irene Ntale at her upcoming concert, Vinka said she would welcome her but would not send a personal invitation.
“That would be nice for her. I won’t invite her individually, but I’ll invite all my fans to attend. Everyone is welcome,” she said, adding that the concert is open to anyone who wishes to support her.
