Sherry Matovu says her marriage to Abdul Salam (also known as Absalm) has brought her the happiness she had long hoped for.
The media personality revealed that the couple first met on a plane before their relationship grew into marriage. She also said her grandparents played an important role in bringing them together.
According to Sherry, public criticism has never affected her decisions because she believes she has found the right partner.
She also disclosed that she has left her previous relationship behind and no longer thinks about her former partner.
Sherry further claimed that she believes both she and Salam have been bewitched, even though they are Muslims.
Responding to her remarks, Salam said he entered the marriage fully aware of her past and continues to place his faith in God.
