A reported fight inside a New Jersey federal prison has placed Sean “Diddy” Combs back in the headlines.
According to multiple reports, the music mogul got into an altercation with another inmate at FCI Fort Dix after the inmate allegedly directed a remark at him. Officers intervened before the situation escalated further.
Sources told several outlets that prison officials later moved Combs into solitary confinement, although the Federal Bureau of Prisons has not confirmed that claim.
Instead, prison officials declined to discuss the incident, citing policies that protect information about inmates in federal custody.
Combs entered Fort Dix after his 2025 trial ended with convictions on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The court acquitted him of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges. He is serving a 50-month sentence.
His legal team has not publicly responded to the reports.
