Ariana Grande Sues Hackers Over Years of Unreleased Music Leaks

Ariana Grande has launched legal action against unidentified hackers she says spent years stealing her unreleased music and private files.

The American singer-songwriter filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accusing the hackers of targeting members of her creative team to gain access to unreleased songs, photos and videos.

According to the complaint, the hackers later sold some of the stolen material on the dark web, allowing it to spread across the internet without Grande’s permission.

The lawsuit says 45 unreleased songs leaked in 2023 alone and claims hundreds of leaks have surfaced since Grande’s debut in 2011.

Grande‘s lawyers say the alleged hacking amounted to a “malicious invasion of privacy” that hurt both her career and her creative process.

The lawsuit aims to identify the hackers and hold them responsible for the alleged theft and distribution of her intellectual property.
