Reign Omusoyisoyi has spoken out against what he describes as the growing misuse of social media in Uganda.
Speaking during a recent media chat, the comedian said many young people spend their time spreading negativity online because of stress and unemployment.
He believes influential public figures make the situation worse by using vulgar language on the internet despite the positions they hold.
According to Reign, many young people imitate that behaviour because they look up to those personalities.
He believes public figures should set a better example and use social media responsibly.
