As excitement builds ahead of Thursday’s boxing showdown, Mubarak Munyagwa has made it clear where his support lies.
The former presidential candidate believes Shawa will have the upper hand when he squares off against Chicken Chicken, arguing that a difficult childhood built the toughness needed for the contest.

Chicken Chicken will be beaten because Shawa grew up eating cassava in the village, while Chicken Chicken grew up eating pizza.
Munyagwa said the comparison was never really about food.
In his view, it reflects two completely different upbringings, one that demanded resilience and another that offered comfort.
Still, he says he has room to support both men.
While revealing that he would honour the money he promised Shawa during a previous live broadcast, Munyagwa added that Chicken Chicken would not leave empty-handed either.

I support both of them, but Shawa is a genuine person who deserves sympathy. He cries easily, and I felt bad for him and his parents.
Shawa and Chicken Chicken will finally settle their rivalry when they meet in the ring on Thursday, August 6, at Supremacy Lounge in Nakulabye.
Shawa touches my heart because he cries a lot, while Chicken is strong and brilliant. I will support both of them in their boxing match.- Hon. Munyagwa#SanyukaUnCut #SanyukaUpdates #FfeBannoDdala pic.twitter.com/JxyFEPhCKE
