Demi Lovato is returning as Mitchie Torres in Camp Rock 3, bringing back the character that made her a Disney Channel star.
The American singer-songwriter and actress will make a surprise cameo in the upcoming Disney Channel movie, marking her return to the franchise after more than 15 years.
She first played Mitchie in the original Camp Rock movie in 2008 before reprising the role in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam in 2010.
Her return comes alongside the Jonas Brothers, who are also back as Shane, Nate, and Jason Gray of Connect 3.
Camp Rock 3 follows a new generation of campers competing for a chance to open for Connect 3 on tour.
Lovato previously joined the new project as an executive producer, but Disney had kept her on-screen appearance under wraps.
The film premieres on Disney Channel on August 13 and arrives on Disney+ on August 14.
