Winnie Nwagi has hit back at critics who have been commenting on changes in her body, particularly the size of her backside.
For some time, netizens have pointed out that Nwagi’s backside, which was previously known for its fuller appearance, appears to have reduced in size. However, the singer says there is nothing unusual about the change and believes people are simply paying too much attention to her body.
“What happened to the nyash? Nothing happened. It’s you who are stupid, I’m sorry to say. I still have my nyash,” Nwagi said.
The singer explained that losing weight can affect different parts of the body differently, adding that there is nothing wrong with her backside becoming smaller.
It’s just that someone loses a bit of weight and the weight can’t get lost and your bum remains huge, and it’s not a crime even if it becomes small.
Nwagi further urged people to stop focusing on other people’s bodies and instead mind their own business. She also defended people who choose to make changes to their appearance, saying they should be allowed to do what makes them comfortable.
“Keep quiet if someone goes and fixes something on themselves,” she said, calling on people to let others “fix themselves” without unnecessary scrutiny.
