Sheebah Karungi has finally explained why her podcast, Let’s Talk About It, suddenly went quiet, revealing that she needed to step back and take time to recover.
The singer addressed her podcast community on August 27 after listeners began wondering whether the show had stopped, assuring them that she had not abandoned the project.
To my Lets Talk About It community, I am so sorry. You must be wondering, “Did we just stop all of a sudden?” No, we did not. Your girl just needed to pause certain things and take some time to recover.

Sheebah launched Let’s Talk About It UG on April 29, 2026, as a platform for open conversations about life, relationships, culture, healing and the experiences behind her public image.
The podcast got off to a steady start, with the first episode released on April 29, followed by its second part on May 13.
Legendary Ugandan musician Joanita Kawalya then joined Sheebah for the second episode on May 27, before the third episode arrived on June 27.

Since then, however, listeners had not received another episode, leaving the podcast’s future unclear.
Sheebah has now explained that she needed to pause some things in her life and take time to recover.
She did not say what prompted the break, but she assured her listeners that she is now fully recovered and ready to return.

I am back, I am fully recovered, and we are resuming very, very soon. Thank you for being patient with me, for understanding me, and for staying with me. I love you so much.
Sheebah has not yet announced the return date, but fans can now look forward to Let’s Talk About It coming back.
