Ariana Grande Breaks Down in Tears During Final “Eternal Sunshine” Concert

American pop star Ariana Grande became emotional and broke down in tears as she said goodbye to fans during the final show of her “Eternal Sunshine Tour” in London.

The 33-year-old singer performed the last of her 10 shows at The O2 Arena on Tuesday, September 1, bringing her 41-show tour to an end after stops across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Grande paused during the concert to thank her fans, struggling to hold back tears as she reflected on the experience.

This has been one of the most beautiful, extraordinary experiences of my life and I just want to express my gratitude without sobbing completely.

She went on to praise fans for their support throughout the tour, including the elaborate outfits, costumes, makeup and messages they brought to her shows.

I have the best fans in the entire world, and I always have. I love your outfits, I love your faces, I love seeing you, I love connecting with you in this way.

Grande also thanked everyone who helped make the tour special, saying she would cherish the experience.

I have loved every minute of this with you all and I just want to make sure I express how grateful I am. Thank you and I love you so much.

Ariana Grande Prepares to Step Away From the Spotlight

The emotional finale comes as Grande prepares to take a break from public-facing work.

Her representative announced in August that the singer would be “taking a step back from visibility” after completing the tour, describing the break as something she needed after ongoing public scrutiny.

Grande later told fans that the decision was not sudden and had been planned quietly for a long time.

The singer also recently performed while recovering from a foot injury, forcing her to replace her trademark high heels with more comfortable footwear during the final London shows.

With the “Eternal Sunshine Tour” now over, Grande’s next major public project is the upcoming film “Focker-in-Law,” scheduled for release on November 25.
