Kid Fox is back in Uganda, but he is not about to chase promoters for a comeback concert.
The veteran singer has returned after nearly 16 years in Japan and has already made his first musical move with “Tuvimbe,” released on September 9, 2026.
Naturally, his return has raised questions about whether he plans to stage a major concert. Kid Fox, however, says promoters should be the ones coming to him.
Speaking on Galaxy TV, he made his position clear.
A concert should expect me. Me, I do not expect it. Concerts should expect me. Promoters should look for me. You will look for me. Let me work, you will look for me.
Kid Fox’s comeback has also stirred controversy and backlash, particularly after he said he does not know some prominent Ugandan musicians, including Bobi Wine.
Away from that controversy, he is now asking fans to focus on what he has returned to do and support him as he gets back into the music scene.
