King Michael’s daughter, Gloria Nagawa, officially exchanged vows with her longtime partner Antony Bwepukulu over the weekend in a colorful wedding ceremony held at Mt. Zion Grace Church in Entebbe-Katabi.
The joyous celebration was attended by invited guests, close friends, and family members, all of whom enjoyed the memorable occasion as the couple marked a major milestone in their relationship.
During an interview with the media, Gloria’s mother, Nalongo Agnes Nakimuli, addressed reports that had been alleging that she and King Michael were planning to legalize their relationship.
Nakimuli dismissed the claims, clarifying that she is only the mother of King Michael’s daughter and is currently married to another man.
She explained that whatever relationship she previously shared with the singer ended many years ago.
Nope, I’m not his wife. I’m only the mother of his daughter. The public should stop demanding a woman from King Michael that he doesn’t have. What we had was during our youthful days.
Gloria is now a grown woman above 25 years. If he spoke about visiting my parents, maybe it was for the cameras or perhaps he was referring to someone else.
He clearly knows I’m a married woman, and he is also with someone else.
Despite their separation, Nakimuli commended King Michael for remaining a responsible and caring father throughout Gloria’s upbringing and during the wedding preparations.
“I thank him for being there for his daughter’s function from the beginning to the end. He is indeed a caring father. Even though we broke up long ago, he has continued providing for his daughter.”
