After five years together, Shakib Cham and Zari Hassan have decided to part ways over what they have termed as “irreconcilable differences.”
In a statement released early on Friday morning, Zari Hassan notes how hard the decision was, but a right one for both of them.
Zari and Shakib were publicly a couple for over a year before they officially walked down the aisle on 3rd October 2023 in Pretoria, South Africa.
Their marriage has since faced a lot of challenges, which they have both tried to solve internally, giving confidence to their followers that they will stick together through thick and thin.
The separation announcement this morning has, however, caught many by surprise.
5 years later after much thought and reflection, we believe it is best for us to part ways due to irreconcilable differences. While this wasnt an easy decision, we feel it is the right one for both of us. We appreciate the time we shared, the memories we created, and the support we gave each other. There is no anger or resentment, sometimes two people simply grow in different directions. We value each other and remain friends with mutual respect and understanding.
