A few weeks ago, Ronnie Mulindwa, a renowned talent manager and businessman, was accused of running an online prostitution and adult streaming racket in Kampala.
I was shocked when I saw such allegations about him because he wasn’t that kind of person to me…I don’t know him like that.

The former Obsessions music group and Lydia Jazmine’s manager was named the main suspect following a raid by the Directorate of Crime Intelligence, which led to the arrest of 27 young women suspected of participating in the scheme.
Mulindwa has since been on the run.
While speaking about the matter, Lydia Jazmine noted that she was shocked to learn of the accusations, maintaining that she did not know Mulindwa to be such a man.
Lydia Jazmine noted that at the time they worked together, Ronnie Mulindwa was a respectful manager who mentored her in many aspects of life and was never sexual towards her.
Ronnie and I worked for a limited time. It was before the lockdown, and when Covid-19 happened, it affected our plans a lot. We are still friends, although I take a while without seeing him. I last saw him two years ago. He still forwards businesses to me when people contact him. I can’t speak ill of him.
I have also seen the allegations on social media like everyone else. I haven’t talked to him yet. Truthfully, I have never experienced anything like that. I never had any issues like that with him. I was shocked when I saw such allegations about him because he wasn’t that kind of person to me.
He was like a big brother to me, a very intelligent man who actually nurtured me in business. I could have called him about the rumors, but I didn’t even want to believe them because I do not know him like that.
