Balaam Invites Grenade Official to Take Paul Kafeero DNA Test

Grenade Official was notably absent when officials released the long-awaited DNA results in the Paul Kafeero paternity dispute, despite repeatedly claiming to be one of the late Kadongo Kamu legend’s children.

The singer, who has publicly maintained for years that he is Paul Kafeero’s son and recently renewed that claim on social media, did not attend the event at Naguru Police Headquarters or submit a DNA sample for testing.

His absence drew the attention of Local Government Minister Balaam Barugahara, who used the occasion to publicly invite the “Nkuloga” singer to participate in the DNA exercise.

I have always heard Grenade saying that he is a son of the late. I don’t know why he is not here, but I invite him to come and take a DNA test so that we can also settle that.

Balaam revealed that investigators deliberately retained DNA samples to accommodate anyone who may come forward after the initial exercise, including individuals who believe they are biological children of Paul Kafeero.

He encouraged Grenade Official to submit a DNA sample and finally prove or disprove his long-standing claim through scientific testing.

Government forensic DNA results released on June 25 confirmed only four of the 25 people who participated in the exercise as Paul Kafeero’s biological children.

Whether Grenade Official accepts Balaam’s invitation could determine if another chapter unfolds in the long-running dispute over the late musician’s family.
