Promoter Abtex believes men should not fear DNA testing. Instead, he says they should embrace it whenever questions of paternity arise.
His remarks come as the conversation surrounding DNA testing continues to grow following the exercise conducted to establish the biological children of the late Kadongo Kamu legend Paul Kafeero.
The June 25 DNA results confirmed that only four of the 25 people who came forward were biologically related to the late singer, fueling a nationwide debate about paternity, inheritance and family trust.
For Abtex, the outcome only reinforced his belief that DNA testing gives families the answers they deserve. He said he accepts the results, insisting they reflected the truth, however painful that truth may have been for those involved.
The promoter encouraged men to embrace DNA testing rather than fear it, arguing that knowing the truth is always better than living with uncertainty.
