Not long ago, Shakib Cham Lutaaya walked away from the ring carrying the only defeat of his celebrity boxing career.
Today, he wants to face Pallaso and Canary Mugume.
The businessman issued the challenge after knocking out Kenyan musician Arrow Bwoy by technical knockout (TKO) in the second round of their celebrity boxing contest at the Vurugu 2 event in Nairobi.
The victory followed another knockout win over Barista Timo and completed Shakib’s resurgence after Rickman Manrick stopped him during The Kampala Rumble in August 2025.
Speaking during an interview on Next Transit, Shakib said the back-to-back victories have convinced him he is ready to test himself against more Ugandan celebrities.
He named singer Pallaso and journalist Canary Mugume among the opponents he would gladly face next.
With consecutive knockout victories behind him and his confidence restored, Shakib believes the biggest celebrity boxing contests of his career still lie ahead.
