Pastor Wilson Bugembe says there is no bad blood between him and gospel singer Segmento after the two reconciled following a recent public fallout.
Speaking during a church service, Bugembe disclosed that Segmento contacted him to apologize for comments that sparked debate within the gospel music community. He accepted the apology and encouraged others to embrace forgiveness instead of holding grudges.
Bugembe said everyone is capable of making mistakes, including himself, and warned against rushing to judge others. He added that social media often turns simple remarks into bigger controversies than intended.
The “Ayibambe” hitmaker faced criticism after appearing to fault Bugembe and Levixone for working with secular musicians. He later apologized, saying his remarks had been taken out of context and reaffirmed his respect for both gospel stars.
Even as Pastor Bugembe, I have hurt many people, including fellow pastors.
