Spider-Man: Brand New Day has made box office history after becoming the second-fastest movie ever to gross $1 billion worldwide, reaching the milestone in just six days.
Only Avengers: Endgame reached the billion-dollar mark faster, making the latest Spider-Man film one of the biggest theatrical successes in history.
The Marvel and Sony blockbuster has earned an estimated $1.05 billion globally, including $407 million from North America and $645.8 million from international markets.
The record adds to an impressive run for the film, which has already set records for the biggest domestic opening weekend, highest opening day and biggest Monday at the North American box office.
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day stars Tom Holland alongside Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Florence Pugh and Sadie Sink.
