Cristiano Ronaldo has hinted that his extraordinary football career could be nearing its final chapter.
The 41-year-old Portugal captain told Vogue that the upcoming season will probably be his last, although he has not announced a firm retirement date.

Ronaldo has spent more than two decades at the top of the game, winning major honours with Sporting CP, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and Al-Nassr.
He has also won five Ballon d’Or awards and scored 976 goals for club and country.
For now, the Portugal star plans to keep playing for Al-Nassr as he chases the remarkable milestone of 1,000 career goals.
However, his latest comments suggest he is already thinking about what comes next.
Ronaldo said he wants to travel more, spend time with his family and enjoy playing padel after football.
