Dictator Amir Still Hopes to See His Children After Chosen Becky Split

Dictator Amir has opened up about his relationship with the children he shares with Chosen Becky, revealing that he has gone a long time without seeing them but remains hopeful that they will reunite.

The Ugandan chef and businessman discussed co-parenting during an appearance on Sanyuka Uncut, months after his highly publicized breakup with the singer.

Amir did not go into the details of what has made co-parenting difficult, but he suggested that efforts are being made and expressed confidence that things will eventually settle.

We try, but I believe everything will eventually turn out just fine. Everything will be fine.

The conversation then turned to the children and whether Amir still gets to spend time with them.

He acknowledged that it has been a while since he last saw them, although he remains hopeful that the situation will change.

I have taken a long time without seeing them, but I have to believe that I will see them. InshaAllah.

Amir and Chosen Becky share three children, including their youngest daughter, Amber Grace Mirembe Mutebi, who was born in September 2024.

Their relationship later ended, with Becky going on to marry Professor Abdul Ssekajja in a civil ceremony in December 2025. Amir has also moved on, and in August 2026, he and his new partner welcomed a baby girl, Afreen Mutebi.

Despite the changes in their personal lives, Amir’s latest comments show that his relationship with the children he shares with Becky remains important to him.

For now, he is holding on to the hope that he will see them again.
