Ahead of his Canadian and Australian music tours, Joshua Baraka has confirmed splitting from his long-term management team, made up of Lobster (Joseph Maloba) and Sesse Nation.
Since the start of last week, there has been talk of Joshua Baraka splitting with his management. The rumor seems to have dragged on too long and provoked the ‘Morocco’ singer to reveal a few facts.
During his ‘Just Believe Day’ charity outreach on Saturday, Baraka let the cat out of the bag, revealing that indeed, the terms of his work with Lobstar and Sesse Nation have changed.
He, however, maintained that they are still on good terms and credited them for the contribution they have had on his career over the last five years.
“Those are my brothers. Whatever I have, the level I am at right now, has been because of Lobstar and Sesse, so they’ll always be a part of my story,” he told the media.
“We’re just working in a different way now,” he added, ruling out the rumors of a bitter split between them.
All that is false; we’re still brothers, and everything is going on well. Some people have blown it out of proportion, but there is no issue at all.
Joshua Baraka further revealed that his plans haven’t changed, as he will be heading off for his music tour in Canada, Australia, and Europe before holding a concert in Uganda at the end of the year.
I am going on tour. I have a Canadian tour, an Australian tour, and a European tour as well. I am also planning to hold my show at the end of the year. I am so busy and fully focused on my music.
