Grace Nakimera Pushes Back After Kasuku Questions Her Witchcraft Claims

Grace Nakimera is standing by her claims that witchcraft played a role in the collapse of her music career, and she has a message for critics who disagree.

The gospel singer has pushed back against media personality Kasuku after he questioned her long-held belief that spiritual attacks contributed to the dramatic downturn of her once-thriving career.

According to Nakimera, people who were not part of her journey cannot simply dismiss what she believes happened.

You cannot say I was not bewitched because you were not there. You do not know my experience or what I went through.

The singer says one reason she remains convinced is that she still has no explanation for how a career that was thriving suddenly lost momentum.

For Nakimera, that unanswered question has never gone away.

Witchcraft is real and it exists. The only thing that surpasses it is God, who is above all things.

Her response follows comments from Kasuku, who cast doubt on the claims and questioned whether witchcraft had anything to do with the challenges she faced in her career.

Nakimera, however, insists the debate is not about convincing everyone to agree with her.

Instead, she believes people should respect experiences they may not fully understand.

Do not downplay someone’s experience when you don’t understand what’s happening in their life.

The exchange has reignited a conversation that has followed Nakimera for years whenever she reflects on the sudden decline of a career that once made her one of Uganda’s most talked-about female artistes.
